Terms of Service

Welcome to English with Chevy. By booking an assessment or enrolling in the coaching program, you agree to the following terms.

1. The Service

English with Chevy provides an 8-week Professional Communication Coaching program designed for Spanish-speaking professionals. Rather than following a generic textbook curriculum, every lesson is designed specifically around you, your career, your presentations, your pronunciation challenges, and your professional vocabulary[cite: 1]. The program includes 8 private 1-on-1 coaching sessions, a personalized pronunciation assessment, customized practice exercises, and personalized coaching via WhatsApp between every lesson[cite: 1]. Through WhatsApp, you can send voice messages regarding upcoming meetings, interviews, or conversations; we will personally listen, identify issues, and send personalized feedback within a reasonable amount of time (typically 2-3 hours during normal working hours)[cite: 1]. At the end of the program, you will receive a personalized long-term roadmap summarizing your common pronunciation patterns, fluency tips, grammar corrections, and an action plan to continue improving long after the coaching program has finished[cite: 1].

2. Investment and Payment

The total investment for the 8-week coaching program is $1,250[cite: 1]. Payment details and schedules will be provided upon acceptance into the program following your free pronunciation assessment.

3. Client Expectations and My Promise

This program is built on delivering a transformation in how you communicate. We promise you'll notice improvement from your very first lesson[cite: 1]. Furthermore, we offer a continuation guarantee: if you attend every lesson, complete your practice, and actively use the personalized coaching between sessions, but still don't feel you're where you want to be after eight weeks, we will continue coaching you for an additional two weeks completely free of charge[cite: 1].

4. Intellectual Property

All customized practice exercises, personalized roadmaps, and coaching materials provided to you during the 8-week program are the intellectual property of Chevy Carson[cite: 1]. They are for your personal professional development and may not be distributed, published, or sold.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Coaching sessions require mutual commitment. If you need to reschedule a 1-on-1 coaching session, please provide at least 24 hours notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

English with Chevy and Chevy Carson are not liable for any direct or indirect professional, financial, or personal damages resulting from the use of this coaching service.
